This strategic move has not only enhanced our manufacturing independence but also led to a breakthrough innovation: the E2E (Emission to Energy) dual-zone blancher.

By bringing these machines into in-house production, Tummers ensures faster delivery times, greater quality control, and increased flexibility in meeting customer demands. Over the past year, several blanching lines have been successfully delivered to clients around the globe with new machines being assembled in our Hoogerheide facility almost every day.

The E2E dual-zone blancher represents a leap forward in innovation, designed for optimal energy efficiency, easy maintenance, and top-tier product performance. It embodies our vision for an automated, “lights off” factory where intelligent systems and advanced process control set the standard.
