23 June 2026 \u2013 Foodera Technologies is today unveiled as the new global group brand bringing together Kiremko, Idaho Steel, Reyco Systems, Tummers Group and Van der Giessen, creating one of the food processing industry\u2019s most experienced technology platforms.<\/p>\n

The new global brand follows the announcement on 22 June 2026 of the acquisition of Tummers Group and Van der Giessen, and marks the next step in the group\u2019s evolution following the acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco Systems by an independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial Fund VIII SCSp and its affiliates in August 2025.<\/p>\n

Foodera Technologies brings together deep engineering expertise, specialist technologies and long-standing customer relationships across the global food processing sector. The new name reflects the group\u2019s ambition to help food processors improve performance, increase efficiency, reduce waste and prepare for the future.<\/p>\n

For customers, the transition to Foodera Technologies is intended to ensure continuity while strengthening the overall offering.
