Focus on people and continuity<\/strong>
\n<\/strong>Wim van der Giessen sees many opportunities ahead, with a strong focus on the people within the organisation. \u201cThe initial phase is all about careful and thoughtful integration. We look at where collaboration brings added value, while preserving what makes Van der Giessen strong. Naturally, things will change for our employees, some more than others, but in a positive way: more opportunities, more knowledge sharing and a stable future.\u201d<\/p>\n
