Tummers Group Unveils New Organizational Structure to Drive Future Growth and Flexibility
Hoogerheide, November 6, 2024 — In response to evolving market demands across diverse industries, Tummers Group is excited to announce a comprehensive restructuring of its organization and strategic approach. The shift aims to ensure flexibility, growth, and sustainability for the coming generations. With this transformation, Tummers Group sets the foundation for long-term stability, meeting market needs today and for the future.
Erwin Tummers, who has served as CEO, will transition into the role of Chairman and Owner of Tummers Group, where he will oversee all Tummers activities from a high-level perspective. Lennaert van Dijk, previously Managing Director of Tummers Food Processing Solutions, will assume the role of CEO of Tummers Group, taking on strategic and tactical responsibilities. Ricardo Moerkens, who has served as Managing Director of Tummers Metal Solutions, will move into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), overseeing all production operations within the Group. Rounding out the leadership team, Richard de Bekker will continue as CFO.
This structural change will see Tummers Group operating more cohesively under a division-based organization. Business units—including Tummers Food Processing Solutions, Tummers Metal Solutions, Tummers Simon Dryers Technology, and the newly launched Tummers Kiron India—will work within the Group framework, benefiting from shared services such as IT, HR, Marketing, and Administration.
