December 3th – What an incredible event Interpom has been! After a few editions shaped by the challenges of the pandemic, this year’s event brought a renewed energy and vibrancy. With an astonishing 24.000 visitors, it sometimes felt like they were all gathered at our stand!
We’re thrilled to reflect on an exceptionally successful edition, marked by its international flair and the professionalism of its organization. Visitors from across the globe—Japan, India, Kazakhstan, the US, and beyond—came together, making every conversation an exciting challenge and opportunity.
Our innovations truly stole the spotlight, capturing the attention not only of attendees but also of an independent panel that recognized us as part of the Innovation Tour. Among the breakthroughs we showcased:
• E2E SteamClosure: A game-changing solution that’s making waves in the flake market.
• Tummers Connect: Our revolutionary online platform in collaboration with Siemens, set to elevate professionalism in the industry to new heights.
• The Switcher: An innovative system awaiting patent approval, already turning heads.
• New blanching, cooling, and cooking solutions: Self-developed technologies redefining standards in efficiency, sustainability and performance.
These innovations made this edition a standout success and have set a benchmark that will be tough to surpass. But at Tummers Group, we thrive on challenges, and this event only fuels our drive to push further.
