The stainless steel dosing hopper from Tummers evenly feeds the potatoes from storage onto the production line for potato flakes. The product can be transported from the sheds or bunkers via conveyor belts (short distance) or water troughs (long distance). A pump system or screw conveyor with de-watering then tilts the potatoes into the dosing hopper.
