The Tummers powder mills reduce potato flakes to powder. A specially shaped rotor pushes the flakes through perforations in a sieve (standard ø1.5 mm). The density is increased which reduces the volume, all without affecting the product’s properties. This makes transporting and processing the product more efficient.
