An industrial, stainless steel after-washer which extremely effectively removes residual skins from the product after the steam peeling and brushing. In addition to adjustable sprayers, as the products scrape against each other and against the uniquely shaped drum wall the residual skins are removed. Optionally we can arrange for the water to be reused (closed system).
