23 June 2026 – Foodera Technologies is today unveiled as the new global group brand bringing together Kiremko, Idaho Steel, Reyco Systems, Tummers Group and Van der Giessen, creating one of the food processing industry’s most experienced technology platforms.

The new global brand follows the announcement on 22 June 2026 of the acquisition of Tummers Group and Van der Giessen, and marks the next step in the group’s evolution following the acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco Systems by an independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial Fund VIII SCSp and its affiliates in August 2025.
