The specially shaped rollers of this “Delta” Roller Spreader ensure a higher return and extended maintenance intervals.

Tummers Food Processing Solutions recently proved once again that their Destoner / Washer can process the most varied products. The machine building company supplied a Norwegian customer with a KW-700 for seaweed, which has a capacity of 50 tons per hour. Building a washing installation for this application was a first for Tummers!
The results of a Tummers starch production line at a Danish starch factory are right to be called astonishing! Between September and December last year, this process line consisting of four of our biggest washing installations ran 10 hours a day, washing a mind-blowing 700,000 tonnes of potatoes. Also, the expected yield of 130,000 tonnes of starch per season was easily exceeded by an astonishing 174,000 tonnes. A result to be proud of!

The peel loss of this machine is comparable with the result of other peelers on the market, but at lower operational costs and a lower steam consumption. On 6 July 2020, the expedition & warehouse of Tummers Food Processing Solutions will be relocated to Postweg 5 at De Kooi industrial estate in Hoogerheide (NL). From this date, the location at Ampèreweg 4 will no longer be available for deliveries or pick-up.
Tummers Food Processing Solutions recently developed an innovation that redirects the emission of steam peeling machines, so the energy can be used for other purposes later in the process. This ‘E²E-Condenser’ thereby puts an end to one of the cons of steam peeling, while it also saves costs and energy.
From April, large groups of customers who visit our headquarters will be welcomed at our renewed company canteen. It has been renovated in order to become the multifunctional space it is now.
