Tummers Food Processing Solutions organises innovative solutions around the world for processing potatoes and tubers from country to customer. We can do everything from A to Z for you as our customer. Thanks to our extensive range of machines, our wide-ranging service provision, but most of all due to the way in which we work together with you.
At Tummers we invent, manufacture and maintain machines for the food processing industry. We strive to stay in an unrivalled position. For that reason we listen carefully to you and our markets, we dare to think outside of the box and we are continuously focused on opportunities to innovate. Always with just one goal in mind: to ensure that you can produce quickly, easily and hygienically at minimum cost.
Precisely because we carry out the engineering, production and installation of our machines under our own management, we are one of the few companies in a position to respond rapidly to changing market needs, worldwide. Moreover, our service does not stop at the point when a Tummers machine or production line is delivered to you. You can also rely on us for supervision of the commissioning, and for staff training and support in the automation of processes.
All engineering and production activities of Tummers Food Processing Solutions take place in Hoogerheide in the Netherlands. At the same time we also have offices in China, Russia, the United States and England. Over and above that we work exclusively with partners throughout the world. Together we ensure that you can count on an innovative solution tailored to you wherever you are located in the world.
Tummers Food Processing Solutions has been in business for over 40 years. For years we have been the market leader in the production and development of potato flake lines and we are growing fast. Tummers B.V. started life in 1976 as a machine company and maintenance partner for the potato industry in Zeeland, the Netherlands. Nowadays we are operating worldwide with three companies. As well as Tummers Food Processing Solutions, the Tummers Group comprises Tummers Simon Dryers Technology and Tummers Metal Solutions. Tummers Simon Dryers Technology is a leading expert in drying technology with its own laboratory in Hoogerheide, and in addition to the food industry it also works for the pharmaceutical, chemicals and starch industries. Tummers Metal Solutions was originally a part of our own mechanical engineering plant but has since become a successful independent undertaking. It can help you with any form of sheet metal working.
